Our work is informed by the learning we identify in case reviews and audits. As a partnership, we work collaboratively to recognise areas for improvement and implement positive change. Our ambition, principles and priorities are underpinned by a consideration of the experiences of Birmingham’s children and young people, and how we can best safeguard and promote their welfare.
