Message from Birmingham Children’s Trust:
Birmingham Children’s Trust’s Child Protection Conference Team are due to move to the new shared meeting space at One Avenue Road. We will start facilitating initial child protection conferences (ICPC) there from 16th October 2023, instead of at the Willows and New Aston House.
From the 1st November 2023, we will be holding all child protection conferences that would have happened at the Willows or New Aston House at One Avenue Road.
We will then no longer be using the Willows or New Aston House after the 31st October 2023.
We will be able to offer car parking for professionals and more importantly, families attending child protection conferences at One Avenue Road subject to availability (ours are the blue-lined spaces).
We look forward to welcoming you to our new venue!

Child Protection Written Record of Meetings
To make the written record of a child protection conference more useful for families and professionals we will be moving towards providing a more concise summary of the meeting.
It is important that where possible reports for conference are shared with the social worker and ChildProtectionConferencing@BirminghamChildrensTrust.co.uk prior to the day of the conference.
