This week (26 June – 2 July) is World Wellbeing Week, which celebrates the many different aspects of wellbeing, including physical, mental and emotional health.
As wellbeing means something different to everyone, there is lots of advice out there to help you have those conversations with your child. We’ve complied a list of organisations which offer free resources for families to help you work through issues together.
The NSPCC has step-by-step instructions on how to make a Wellbeing Box with your child, helping to create a safe space for children to speak about what makes them feel safe.
Did you know? You can find additional support services listed on our Parent Toolkit.
If you’re worried about a child, call Children’s Advice & Support Service (CASS) on 0121 303 1888.
